Products and pricing All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but handcrafted items may vary slightly — this is a mark of their handmade nature, not a defect. 2. Orders Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs). You will receive confirmation once your order is placed. 3. Payment We accept online payment via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Where enabled for eligible products, Cash on Delivery (COD) may be offered at checkout. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. 4. Shipping and delivery We ship across India through our courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location. Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched. 5. Intellectual property All content on this site — images, text, and the Ruhvory name and logo — belongs to us and may not be used without permission. 7.
